Terms:

1. If in case of bad weather condition, you may opt to:

• *re-schedule the trip

2. For reasons other than the one stated above (forgot to file leave, cancelled flights etc)

• *Seven (7) days prior tour date = 100% refund of initial payment or reschedule of tour
• *Less than seven (7) days prior tour date = 75% refund of initial payment
• *Two (2) days prior tour date = 50% refund of initial payment
• *The day of the tour = no refund will be returned.

3. For delayed flights and delayed bus arrival.

• * We will wait for all remaining guests arriving via delayed bus and plane. There will be only be ONE special trip for all guests from Naga (Bus Station and Airport) to Sabang
• * All guests arriving on delayed trip will miss out the Day 1 tour without refund.

Bulgaria 'Survivor' Contestant Dies in Philippines

MANILA, Philippines – Philippine police say a contestant of the Bulgarian reality show "Survivor" has died of a heart attack while filming on an island beach.

Police say the 53-year-old Noncho Vodenicharov died Saturday despite efforts by a Filipino and a Bulgarian doctor to save him.

Chief Inspector Hilario Lelis Are said Monday that Vodenicharov had just finished an activity for the contest at the Gota Beach Resort in Caramoan township in eastern Camarines Sur province.

Bulgarian news reports say he was a town mayor and a former stunt man and singer.

"Survivor" originated in the U.S. but other countries have created their own versions of the popular show. Contestants compete in a variety of tough physical challenges until there is a sole winner.
